Level Sense Device Password Reset

And when all these steps fail..many times…installed new modem/wireless system.
Looking at the router itself and Level Sense Pro is connected…performed PW reset MANY times..still red on the device..but seen and reported connected by router..rebooted router..no joy..help

how do i get the device to connect to new wifi? i reset the alarm have white ICLOUD light= need to reset password? get it to recognize new router

First time setting up system.
I am having trouble setting up my Level Sense Sentry. I am only getting a steady, power & cloud & alarm as a steady blue light and a slow blinking yellow to blue cloud light after trying to connect to my home network. No problems for the Level Sense to see my network and I can put my password in for the SSID found. Then after the instruction to reset i get the lights I described above. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I need to connect my level sense sentry to a new SSID. The Sentry model has no user button as described above. It has a reset button and silence button on the right side. It has a sticker on the back that says, ‘level sense mini’.
How do I enter credentials for a new SSID on the model I have?
