Text Messages: My Service Provider is Not Listed

We can add your service provider to our database provided that they support "Email to Text" technology. In order to test this, on your phone, open the TEXT MESSAGE application, and send a Text Message to your Email Address. It seems a bit odd to be sending a Text message to an email address, but that is exactly what our system does on the free plans.

If you receive the message in your email inbox, CONGRATULATIONS, your provider supports Email-to-Text technology (most do).

Take the message in your inbox, and forward it to CustomerService@SumpAlarm.Com with the name of your service provider. We will add it to the list of available carriers and respond back to you via email when complete.
